    Last night... smoked pork loin with sweet potato and side salad. My homemade BBQ sauce as well. The loin was rubbed with a Memphis dry rub I made. Smoked at just 170-180F for a few hours and pulled at 145F internal temp. So juicy and delicious!

    Huge blueberries

    I find the large blueberries don't taste great. We get them quite a bit (well, the lady buys them) and they taste less like blueberry and more like grapes. Just kind of a boring sweetness. It's rare we actually get blueberries that taste like proper blueberries anymore.

    Spiced as in all-spice, clove, etc... It is unique and does taste different from typical spam. Maybe even a touch of citrus? Either way, it's good if you are fine with spam itself.
