Made my Skyline Chili copycat recipe today, 5 way of course. Tastes identical to the real deal (which I absolutely love, so I am critical to it!).

Last night... smoked pork loin with sweet potato and side salad. My homemade BBQ sauce as well. The loin was rubbed with a Memphis dry rub I made. Smoked at just 170-180F for a few hours and pulled at 145F internal temp. So juicy and delicious!
