I live in the desert, and neither the CAF nor the EAF in my car looks like that... of course, I change them out annually whether needed or not.

It sounds like the sensor; they usually fail at some point.

I think this is pretty normal in the aftermarket. My ACDelco oil filters appear to be eCore, which is made by Champ Labs.

More than likely, you'd be okay with whatever the OM for your car states for the OCI.

After some research, I determined that the part labelled as CF3294 is actually CF2394 which is a cabin filter for 2014-2020 Ram 1500 Promaster, 2500 ProMaster, 3500 Promaster, which are cargo vans. It's a $45 cabin filter. I can see where the part number can be transposed...but I have no use...

I use it for hood and trunk lid hinges. On car door hinges, it can be kind of unsightly, but it works well for that. I use it also on the hood and trunk latch mechanisms.

So, I rec'd this order. The 1237 oil filters, made in USA, and appear to be eCore. The Engine air filter, made in China, and appears to be good quality, with no errant gluem etc. As for the Cabin Filter...well, while it is labelled with the part number, it is NOT the cabin filter as depicted on...

CAF1849P appears to be back in stock at RA. Previously, they told me it had been discontinued completely by Champ, and was unavailable. The charcoal version still is listed as out of stock. RA had previously told me that it was discontinued, with no further production.... Grainger still lists...

Could very well be. Anything is possible. Would help if Champ Labs would reply to my email; I sent a follow up email, asking again. But so far, nothing. I understand most offices are operating with as little staffing as possible, and many people are working from home and all.

I was informed by RockAuto that the above Cabin Filters are discontinued. I contacted Champ Labs before Thanksgiving, and have not yet had a response. Jegs, Grainger, etc, also list the filter as being discontinued. I see the STP brand at AZ uses these same Part #...I wonder if they are made by...
