A more natural and reasonable ratio would be 15-25% protein, 30-40% fat, 40-60% carbs. The bottom line is to eat high quality fats and carbs. It's hard to gain weight if you do that. You will struggle to get in 2000-2500 calories a day doing so on 3 meals and 2 snacks. Been there done that...

You can go multiples of 1 year depending on your vehicle usage and type of oil. Most around here will change at least every year since most will have high enough mileage or short trip vehicles. You'll never get a car mfg to state you can go beyond 1 yr because it applies to so few vehicles...

I'm doing 3K-4K mile OCI's with synthetic fluids and Fram Ultra filter. 3 oil changes per filter or 10K-12K on filter. That's about an annual filter change.
