    Carquest oil filters

Amazing filters...love them, use the CarQuest Red in an '06 GP GT S/C Intercooled. And if you buy the pack style (12) they can get really cheap in price too.

Check this out... http://pqiamerica.com/March2013PCMO/Marchsyntheticsallfinal.html Castrol EDGE w/ Syntec technology has a TBN of 11.3 in the 5W30 weight, whereas Quaker State Ultimate Durability has a TBN of 8.5. That 2.7 higher, I think it is a no-brainer considering you are looking for a...

    Another M1 noise story

For that same reason, I don;t run M1 in any of my vehicles. I find the valvetrain becomes really noisy on stock engines. And because of that I don't use it in any of my personal vehicles. Some people have found success with it, but I have found that there are better options for some people.

    Burning oil with Ultra

See what happens when you go back to MC for a couple of changes. Ultra's NOACK loss is 6.6%, which is the lowest loss of the major brands. I would be hard pressed to believe it is the oil, something else sounds a miss.
