Shouldn't be a problem except maybe in a GDI engine car. I own 4 port injection cars and routinely run OCI's of 12.5K-20K miles with zero issues. All with 15w-40 HDEO's. I may try the Pennzoil Platinum or Ultra Platinum in 10w-30 and run it 20 to 25K miles and see what the UOA says.

If no proof that it has already been done, I'd budget for replacing all the struts, probably the front control arms and sway bar end links, belt(s), hoses, anti-freeze, ATF, and water pump. Get that piece of mind you can go another 100K with minimal issues.
