Valvoline EP is a fine product but as Glenda W. pointed out it's not a long drain oil like Mobil 1 EP. For a normal 5 to 7K OCI the Valvoline would be great but if I were doing a longer OCI I'd use Mobil 1 EP.

Is the PEAK 10X new formula still 2 EHA free?

I've had PEAK Global Lifetime in my Corolla for years with no issues. PEAK 10X is also 2 EHA free (as recommended by Japanese makers) and I wouldn't have a second though about running it in a Toyota after a full flush.

Do you think a 5w40 like Mobil 1, QS or Castrol would work as well as the Delo? What about a 10w40 motorcycle oil?

I've seen junk looking filters from both.....I've seen nice looking filters from both....It's really a crap shoot. I do like the ST filters but Walmart seems to be phasing them out.
