    best mower deck undercoating

I took my mower apart down to the bare deck. Cleaned it up with soap and a brush. Bought a can of Flex Seal and sprayed the underside. After each mowing I spray the bottom and run it. It has been two years and still looks great. YMMV And bed liner would be good also.

    Diebetes

I was a diabetic for 25 years. Three years ago I started the Keto diet. Within 1 year I was off all my diabetes meds and lost 20 lbs. I am insulin resistant and carbs are poison to ME. I only say what has worked for me. I still eat too much at times but I am doing better. Good luck in your...

    Brake Fluid Exchange- Kia

I placed a 2 x 4 block under the pedal. My daughter would step on it when I said down and lift when I said up. It takes a few more pumps because of a shorted stroke but it does protect the cylinder.

    ATF question

My daughter has "inherited" a 1999 Mitsubishi Mirage with a 1.5L A/T. It has 113,000 mi. The fluid looks and smells good. The spin-on filter however looks like the original. Is she asking for trouble if we completely exchange all the fluid? Is there a good alternative to the Mitsu Red? I would...

Where I live there aren't many side walks and the drivers would just as soon run you over. I work 12.5 hour shifts. I leave when it's dark and get home when it's dark.

The truck barely warms up enough to move the needle to about 150 to 180. Do I change oil more frequently, use a different weight oil...

    Brake fluid ?

Not off topic. I asked for opinions and I am enjoying the responses. The Kia Sorento is notorious for warping the rotors. Even when driven non aggresively she still gets warped. Kia is aware of the problem. I have 109000 on the original rotors. I've had them turned once(by Kia) and after mikeing...

    Brake fluid ?

I am going to change rotors and pads on my 03 Sorento to slotted and drilled rotors with the pads they recommend. I am also going to give it a fluid drain and fill. It has been suggested I replace the fluid with Dot 4 fluid. Factory shows Dot 3. The truck has 4 wheel discs. Good idea? Synth ...

If I can add my .02 worth here. As a very young man in 1970 I began my automotive experience helping a friend of the family rebuild his Ford 390. I was excited because I was the one who got to clean all the parts. We tore down the engine and I began to notice on the internal parts a very thick...
