    his only real issue with the escape, is the well known design flaw in the '16+ Ecoboost 4 cyl that can/will eventually lead to cracks in the bores, leading to coolant intrusion and burning, the only fix for which is a new engine ($$$) that may/may not ( though highly likely) have the same issue...

He got a set of used blizzaks, of marketplace, and has been running them year round. about a year before that, while she was still in College, the escape needed tires, it's on 19"...

    i seem to remember my '05 having similar issues at one time..( sold it in 2014, so it's been a minute). thoroughly cleaning the terminals, and cable ends, adding felt washers, and tightening the clamps almost TOO much, seemed to be the solution.... if I'm remembering correctly.

    you joke....but i remember a few years back there was a road salt shortage, and a city in Iowa, was using a mixture that included Garlic Salt, along with the regular road salt. Tone's spices has a plant there, and they had 9 tons of garlic salt that was expiring, so instead of throwing it away...

    Ours (Ohio) USED to be 24/7 Now my local is just 5a-11p. The ones in Columbus Ohio, close by 7pm . Started before COVID. Not long after the RBI buy out. So now when I go to visit my buddy in Columbus, I have to be on the road by no later that 6:30 if I want to get a coffee for the 2 hr drive home.

    dunno how much more of that "document" there is, but it's not showing the "secret menu" item of the "Gretzky" a 9x9, 9 cream, 9 sugar. I always felt a little guilty ordering my usual XL Double Double ( I should really work on cutting back to just black coffee)... until i heard the guy behind me...
