    Dont forget to put your safety glasses on before you walk in the plant also!!! Good pair of earplugs is sufficient changed every break. Earmuffs over earplugs would be feasible pertaining what you are getting into.

    I ran many of 4K oil changes over the years with my 2000 Dodge Ram 4WD 5.2L and T5 Rotella 10W30 with zero issues. Sold recently with 93K on it and running like a champ.

    When Super Tech first introduced there Advanced Synthetic 20K oil, it was priced like 26 bucks initially. Then it dropped to what it is now & has stayed there. Soo -- possibly the 0W40 will take that route?

    My local Wally is still heavily stocked with Fram products at the moment. Did see they recently brought in the Purolator filters. Personally, they can keep there expensive Purolator filters.

    2017 Subaru Outback CVT exchange.. (75,116 miles) Out: Subaru CVT Fluid -- was in from 50K In: Amsoil CVT --- was able to get 7.5 quarts out. Half quart left in second gallon.

    I have the Idemitsu ATF WS ready to service all 3 holes on my Rav4 Hybrid in signature at 25K. Thought I read somewhere what mileage it was recommended to change but was waiting for someone to chime in.

    Its a breeze, put it up on a set up ramps. Ten millimeter to take down the plastic skid plate and the oil filter is present. I have seen and done much worse oil changes with locations of filters. Hope you dont have to think too much too often. I have a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid persoanlly.

    The couple I have seen cut open look good. Personally, I would not run it past 5K miles. Now when they sold there MP filters -- I would say sure.

    Very nice sequence of events cleaning that baffle in less than 8 thousand miles. That Castrol did its job for sure when opened up to do your valves. A couple guys I work with in there 60s swear on Castrol products keeping internals clean when opening the bottom and top ends. Keep on trucking....
