'21 RAV4 hybrid ATF-Diff Service interval?

I have the Idemitsu ATF WS ready to service all 3 holes on my Rav4 Hybrid in signature at 25K. Thought I read somewhere what mileage it was recommended to change but was waiting for someone to chime in.

The rear doesn’t use ATF its gear oil in all models for the rear.

Wow. I’ve never came across one with ATF in the rear not on these Toyota at least. I’ll pull up the factory service manual tomorrow and see what it says because I’m curious now. Every hybrid one I’ve worked on has been ATF up front and gear oil in the back. I know it’s gear oil by the color and smell. This is interesting but a quick google search I could not find a straight answer for the hybrid model either so I’m truly curious as to what my manual says on it.

Every Toyota hybrid I have ever looked up took ATF-WS for the “Rear Differential.”
