It’s a beautiful place to visit, I just think someone would have to lost their good sense to love there now (Unless you already live there. :)) You are literally overpaying for everything….simply not worth the extra dough……

Now? 1.- Crashes. Less people know how to drive. Just saw a 8 car accident yesterday. Not something you get a choice in….. 2- Weather- Hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, etc. Many more of these now- takes more cars out now. 3- Lack of care. Put as little money is as possible, and watch it slowly...
