This ^^^^^^^^. The oil is done and thickening. The PP is thinner than the PUP so 7500-8000 is my .02 You might want to try PUP 5w-20 as it is thicker than the 0w-20 and runs smoothly in my '17 Camry.

You could try PUP 5w-20 as it runs very smoothly in my '17 2.5. No need to run a 30w. .02
