Just do shorter OCI's on whatever oil you choose. There's no mystery here. Look at my sig. My Evo has all kinds of oil run in it over the years. The brand and type of oil is way over thought. Besides, you most likely will not put enough miles on your Evo for it to matter anyways.

From what I’ve been reading your grind size can also change the coffee from bitter ( too fine) to sour ( too coarse). In the end it seems it’s all about your own taste. Whatever you find works for you is correct 👍

So I’ve upped my coffee game a lot more and bought myself a 1Zepresso JX Pro S. The Hario was a good intro to grinding but it isn’t consistent. The JX has a much more consistent grind and it’s faster and easier. I’m also amazed how grind affects the taste. I’m experimenting now.
