If your doing the oil changes yourself I would go with Synthetic.

Go with plugs from the factory.

Is it ok to be a quart low, will that cause any damage?

I'm sure this has been asked many times. What is the amount of oil between the low and full mark? Or does it just depend on what type of vehicle you have. Thanks
