Good luck with your purchase. For others still in the market today I saw two Saturn Outlooks on the highway. Nice looking. Same as Buick's model but a lot cheaper. If I drive one I'll pass on my observations but from the exterior they look nice. JMO

If you're planning on keeping the car a while longer I would recommend the re-built shafts with new boots. The CV joints will have been taken apart and overhauled, in addition to NEW grease and the new boots. They'll be good for about another 100K miles. Cheap preventive maintenance insurance...

I'd wait on buying one of these things. 1. 1st generation. 2. 2-4 gigs. Will increase..no doubt. 3. $600? Remember when the Razr phone came out? $500. Now you can get them for $50! 4. Can't change the battery? Like the IPODs, in general. 5. 2 year contract? 6. Glass screen? things will change.
