    From a fan of experimenting, DON'T DO THIS

    Just a thought... Did you mix the acetone in the PI bottle? Acetone is rather unkind to most plastics... The "globs" you are seeing may be the interior of the bottle breaking down.

    Fleetguard Venturi for the Super Duty. It's not cheap, but neither is the motor.
