Not sure what that is, but it isn't AC Delco. The filter that came on it was black, the PF61 has only one marking in the baseplate, a "G". Those filters do indeed have no ADBV or bypass.

Also look at the AC Delco PF1127, it used to be the size of the 7317 but is now larger. The ones in our stock are non-ecore Champions.
