I used the K&N cartridge PS-7010 on my VW Jetta 2.5 and it was kinda crushed when it came out. Never crushes when I use MANN. I've never used a K&N again.

This one is not the right one as it is 5W40. All VW 507 are 5W30. Also, neither the 5W40 or 5W30 synpower that amazon sells is approved for VW 504/507

I think the MST 5w30 is approved, but it is one heck of an oil to find. I mean I wouldn't know where to start looking. The ones I listed were hard enough to find.

The thing is I have a lot of 5W30 QSUD and also 0W20 is close to non-existant in Ontario. Plenty of 5W20 but no 0W20. I would have to drive to Buffalo to get any for a reasonable price.

There simply is no more Quaker State Ultimate Durability in 5 quart form left in the store. Also, they do not sell QSUD in 0w20 at the store... only 5w20.. and that is not recommended by Honda unfortunately. I don't even know where to get 0w20... In Canada motor oils are more difficult to come...
