Another fantasy. You don't even see that on Game of Thrones. Certainly, nothing with tyres is going to achieve "safe everyday driving" here.

You'd need tracks.

back years ago motorcycle dirt track racers threw their tyres on hot roofs to hargen them, of course today race tyres come in many flavors. as noted tyres out of sunlight + even better all light with a black bag on them will last a long time + if not driven for extended periods jacking up the car to remove the weight is great + you can totally "bag" the tyres at the same time!!
