Here in the USA, it is "us vs. them" mentality relationship when it comes to unions. In the EU, it more of a partnership between labor and corporate management.

I disagree. He dropped that on soft babbit bearings. I have metalized many babbit bearings and the bearing material is easily scratched or dented.
I thought modern engines have Alusil bearings, and they were less affected by handling the crankshaft that way.
