I was just changing my oil today and I found a bottle of GM Engine Oil Supplement part # 1052367.
GM has been selling this stuff for decades and I bought this for a cam change I did on another car last winter.So I looked at it and it listed it's contents but not any PPM's.As listed on the lable :
Polyolefin amide alkeneamide
Zinc dialkyldithiophosphate
Sulfo hydrocarbon
Magesium alkaryl sulfonate
Blended mineral oil
They sell this basically as a cam breakin supplement.GM states that this is the only oil supplement they recomend for any use.
I certinally am not a chemist but I do recongise a couple of these contents ( thanks to this board .Are all these items AW or other use also ?
