I am attaching a couple of pics for the wheel well rust and some scuffing caused by door dings. The door dings look terrible in the pic due to the flash but are not so obvious in real. And there is no metal deformation, just decoloration.

What are the best options of going about fixing these body issues ?

Thanks.

The discoloration can be taken out with some polishing compound, then a coat of wax over it.

The rust, well, that fender liner needs to be pulled so you can strip the backside of that lip down to bare metal, then use a rust inhibitor to slow it down.

Best way to remove rust is to.cut out and replace with fresh metal. Second to that is sand blasting and use a good primer and paint. But its likely it will come back in a few years.

Scrape off as much rust as you can - grind it down to good metal.
Also, do the back as best you can [important].
Then apply naval jelly [phosphoric acid], and wash with water. It will eat the remaining rust away.
Then use body filler, prime and paint.

That worst looking part is going to poke through when you start working on it.

Grind it all down; cut the bad rust out, then cut some sheet steel to match. Primer with rust treating primer. With pliers, make a ---\____ fold in the existing car for your patch to ride on. Rivet it in, cover with bondo, paint.

You can end up with a rusty patch because dis-similar metals will promote electrolysis. I'd pull the fender liner, media-blast it, fill with with something tough that can survive salt spray, prime and paint.

Be prepared to repeat every 2 years.
