I bought a couple tubes of Amsoil grease (product code GHB) a while back without really researching it, it's this stuff here https://www.amsoil.com/storefront/ghb.aspx All I really need grease for is the ball joints and tie rods on a couple of the older cars in my taxi fleet that have had those components replaced and now have zerks. Is this grease OK to use in that application? Or should I switch to a #2 without lithium? Thanks!

It will be fine to use.
Just a little thinner than what you need.
It's better for cold weather type greasing applications.
Because of it's design this synthetic grease will stay in place better than a petroluem.
But next time get the GLC Multi Purpase grease instead. Better all around grease for the car buff.
The GHD/GHB are more for farm/trucking applications.
