There are too many holes, avenues, inconsistencies etc on the whole case, and as stated before, if the jury does its job, its gonna be a hung jury or they will not convict Zimmerman at all. I am not saying i agree or disagree with this stance, just stating what i know based upon all the testimony heard.

He returned to his vehicle.... was he in his vehicle with his hand on the key? Was he safe and sound with the window up and door locked? Was he standing outside of his vehicle? Was he doing a headstand on the roof of his vehicle? That's what I mean by "assumption." Just because he's at his vehicle does not mean he could have put the car in motion before he was attacked.

But no matter what the answer is to these questions he was under no obligation to retreat. It doesn't affect his innocence or guilt in any way.

I get your point, this is one of those trials that will be talked about long after its over. In court, Zimmermans definition of what he meant by returning too his vehicle can mean many things, adn by his own changing of his testimony more than once now leads me too believe that if asked what he meant, he will pause too make it best fit his defense.

Like i said and will say one final time, if done right, he will be acquitted or it will be a hung jury, there appears too not be enough evidence too back Martin or Zimmerman. One being unable too speak now, all we have is circumstantial pieces, which is not enough too convict.

Everythigns suspect! haha.

Certainly.... I agree that turning the key and moving on may have been the right thing to do.

All I can really say is that if the guy really is guilty of murder, and is using self defense as a legal defense, I hope that he gets nailed to the wall. But in general, there's only one kind of person I feel more sorry for than the victim of a crime, and that's the person who is falsely accused and convicted.

AMEN! Better a guilty man go free than an innocent man go to jail. The whole point behind reasonable doubt and innocent until PROVEN guilty.

None of us on this site know what happened. From what I have seen there is definitely reasonable doubt and without question, IMO, a not guilty verdict is in order.

Unfortunately, jurors many times fall victim to emotion and ignore law and facts. I am worried that will happen here. One of the jurors cried during the Prosecutiuon's closing argument. That right there is a BAD sign for GZ.

The comedic testimony from Precious would be enough for me to throw the case out of court if I were the judge. It was truly pathetic!

Question: Does a jury of YOUR peers exist?

In the information age I wonder if it's even possible to have a fair and impartial trial.

Regardless, I was originally predicting acquittal. The guy is rotationally challenged with either outcome. Bet he wishes with every thread of his being that he had listened to that police dispatcher.

about as mature as calling zimmerman speedy gonzales I guess. How droll.

I would find a little more sympathy for George Zimmerman if he didn't have a lengthy and well documented history of "playing cop".

To me he's just another cop wannabe with heroic fantasies being law enforcement.

Can't wait for the thug, pig, wanna be cop, cop beating, wife beater idiot zimmerman to rot in jail. Hopefully he paid attention in those MMA training classes because he is going to need to be able to protect himself. If this coward got beat by a 158lb kid, his fate is sealed once he gets to prision and I can't wait. So funny that the righteous on here is calling this KID a thug but won't address the zman's past thug arrests. Go figure.

The Defense made an arse out of himself saying Trayvon was armed with cement. That was beyond ridiculous. Guess Obama need to drop gun reform and push forward with concrete reform since the sidewalk is a deadly weapon.
