For everyone trying to keep cool, think Zamboni. We have a 1999 Zamboni for our outdoor rink that was on display at the Lions Club's annual hotdog fest. It's the 70th anniversary of the Zamboni.

They say the best ice is at the Bell Centre in Montreal. I would love to have a Zamboni! Anyone remember Cynthia Gibb driving Zamboni in movie Youngblood?

No other sports teams play there I guess. But you could argue other Canadian cities are like that, with some having an AHL or CHL team sharing the stadium and ice. Montreal is also not as far north as other western teams.

The Zamboni at our rink has a VW engine in it. 1.8 L I think
