I did didn't see any mention of Storage Batteries, panel snow removal, etc.
In the present market, electricity is worth more during the day. It would not make sense for a solar farm to store it to sell at night for a lower price.
Snow removal can be handled by unskilled laborers that do other ranch work during the summer.

Some people just don't like others using common sense solutions to get more profit out of their property.
Make sure to let the green crazies know that; they are trying to tax and/or outlaw cow farts. Which will only kill more private business and drive food costs even higher.

Interesting idea that many of us have bounced around for years. It will be interesting to see how well it works out and what the difficulties are. I suspect it will be very labor intensive.
