Had a cable box go out in the bedroom, Tech came out to replace it. I asked him about SSD's and DVR's as our 5 year old DVR with hard drive was getting noisy. He didn't know about that but he had a new DVR for free. OK. He failed to mention the NEW ONE ONLY RECORDS 20 HOURS AND ONLY RECORDS 2 SHOWS AT A TIME. OF COURSE FOR $10 A MONTH THERE IS AN UPGRADE. It did keep our old recordings like he said. FOR 1 DAY....
