I have a Ruger LCP, .380 that I use for EDC and bought a holster that mounts on a gun leather belt. The holster is made by Bulldog and is made of ballistic nylon with a flap on top that has 2 magnets in it to hold the flap down. The nice thing about this holster is that it looks like it is made for a smartphone. No one has ever asked me what I was carrying in the holster. I even wear it to church each weekend. I think it would be legal since it is made as a gun holster. However, I think I recently heard that this company is making them for smartphones, also.
I, also, have a Crossbreed Holster IWB for my XD-S, 3.3" barrel and it was quite comfortable. My problem was that I bought it after losing a fair amount of weight and it fit well. I have put the weight back on and it doesn't work very well, now. Nothing wrong with the holster. I just need to buy bigger pants/shorts. Pretty embarrassing!!!!!
