Haven't even got it licensed yet go figure, guess I shot myself in the foot getting no warranty. I know I didn't hear the noise when we test drove it but it was still hot then. Around 30-35mph sounds like a wheel bearing BUT if you let off the gas it goes away. I'm starting to notice it at higher speeds now but that tends to go away as it warms up. I know you guys gave me a list of everything that could go wrong, what would be the consensus of the forum?

Guibo-the flex disc or the motor mounts?

Not noticing any roughness or vibration when it first starts, the start-stop is kinda harsh at times. So kinda going towards the guibo. Unfortunately unless it warms up I won't have time till spring so plenty of time to research. Motor mounts doesn't look DIY friendly, or maybe they are they just over complicate the process. She cranks up the music so doesn't notice it.

Front differential?

Things I would check in order would be:
  1. Tires
  2. Wheel bearing
  3. Front Differential
And by check, for me it would be getting the shop to check. I hope it turns out to be something minor.
I'll try to find a road I can swerve around at 35 and see if it changes. If I let of the accel and it goes away wouldn't think would be the tires, but they did seem to put alot of tires on. I can't tell where it's coming from to isolate, thought passenger rear at one time which is the oldest and worst tire. I hate tracking down noises.. my wife says I have issues LOL.

Tore could be one. My last set of HiTrac start high pitch whirling noise around 35mphntoo, after I switched to anther brand of tire the noise disappears.

Never could get a good video but pretty sure this is the issue. Passenger side mount looks collapsed, don’t know on the drivers that side might be difficult. Passenger side looks not bad.
