We don't have an epidemic here but I'd say 2/3 of the time it's elderly drivers and the other 1/3 very drunk drivers. I have a huge population of illegals in my area and they drive slow but generally good, they do not want to be pulled over!

Or you could just have the wisdom to hang up the keys like my grandmother and granny both did...

No need to rant if people make responsible choices. If you are not a safe driver, you are not being a responsible adult.
