Anyone ever seen a tire this bad on a vehicle? I could not believe this.

I once saw a guy driving with a tire with a bolt and washer thru the sidewalk. He thought the green slime in the tire would help seal it.... Nope

I once test drove a car from a used car dealer. I got about 100 feet down the road before I was forced to pull over due to the continual thump, thump, thumping caused by a huge bubble in the tire.

Was the bubble on the inside? Stevie Wonder could see those bubbles from the back of a motorcycle doing 90.

On that Audi Avant, just pull out the branch and viola! Instant ram air 😁.

Had a similar scary incident with a trainee at the academy during driver training. Wet track, lifted in a curve, and took a slow, circular scenic tour of the woods adjacent to the track. Car went backwards into the woods and a like sized branch as the Audi's pierced the rear window, split the head rests (went between), and exited through the windshield. Have pics somewhere I think. Needless to say, the rookie failed that part of the course.

There's a particular tire failure mode where air gets in between the structural layers and causes those softballs. I haven't seen a wreath of them but did see some poor shmuck getting one goose-egg fixed at a tire shop.

This was my spare tire. The hydraulics on my Mercedes sprung a leak and fluid ended up in the spare tire well. I didn't notice the fluid in the well until too late.
