Would you have a problem with a reputable shop performing a coolant flush without factory (Honda) coolant?

Mine take 6 liters total- so not a big deal, I would rather change it more often than dig into the system due to corrosion,

Very true plus it's so easy to do and inexpensive. Heater cores and water pumps are not fun to remove and replace.
