I agree, i don't think there are any here in the USA. I ran some passenger car snow tire retreads in the 80's , studded. No issues, but they were driven low speed.I haven't seen passenger car retreads available for probably 40 years. With the cost of labor what it is, it's only really economical for big truck tires. A 195/60/R15 Douglas is $56 at Walmart. You would have to sell a retread for $45 max to have any chance of selling, so I doubt there is any money to be made.

I dont have a farm truck, or an offroad toy.. but that is the only use besides commercial semi sized vehicles I would ever consider.
