Worth it to replace the deck on 20 year old HRX217 w/300 hours on unit?

Not yet. Planning on making it a Fall/Winter project after the mowing season. But, the grass is still growing quickly, so maybe a couple months from now.

I can certainly report back after.

Glad to hear you went the new deck route. Would have been a shame otherwise given the hours and great mechanicals.
