All parts manufacturers get "private labeled" parts from their competitors. Then mark them up and sell them. It is advantageous for any manufacturer to sell private labeled parts to your competitors because first it is increased production and second the mark up to that part by your competitor keeps the price high for your parts. If that dealer checked around they could raise their price to $9.50 and still be the low cost retailer.
