Wix 57899 Cut Open After 4000KM

This was on Dad's Ram 1500 5.7L for about 4000KM. Used Klondike Synthetic Blend 5W20 and attached filter. Replaced with the same thing. Unknown history on maintenance so I decided to do a 4K OCI to see what came out of it. It was overdue on the dealer sticker. Changed the air filter for a Wix as well.

Filter looks great, almost like a new one dipped in some used motor oil. Then again, 4000km is only about 2,500 miles, so I'd be surprised if it wasn't pristine. Could have easily gone twice that.
