Probably could've ran it longer, car started getting a nasty VVT noise on cold starts so I changed the oil.

In: Mobil 1 5w30, Carquest 84674 from Rockauto for 80 cents before shipping.

I've always tried to stick with them or Champ, I like the little plastic center cages stops them from twisting up bad.
