WIX 51356 with about 30 hours on it off of my 2022 1025R. Oil ran was Rotella T4 15W-40. Filter looks good, no problem with pleats, ADBV seems pliable still, baseplate looks fine. Nice to see a conventional coil spring. This filter's date code puts it from August of 2022. COO is Mexico.

What went back on was a PG-built Microgard Select MSL57356 and Mobil Delvac 1 5W-40. Enjoy the pics!

This filter seemed to hold up well but we've seen some bad ones too lately. Thanks for sharing.
Though I'm not keen on the coo, topic Wix does look good here. Much better than some other recent filter anecdotes with same coo.

Thanks for c&p.

Everyone --you're all welcome.

And I agree, this one looks decent unlike some. I have some old stock of 2020-2022 WIX in small quantities that I am working through, but going forward, barring a major manufacturing overhaul or potential seller change, cannot say I'd buy new stock WIX beyond maybe some diesel fuel filter elements or air filters.

I wouldn't rule out Wix XP line. They're the better option if going with Wix & the wire backing or reinforced polymer is great.

This was helpful. Picked up a pair of identical Napa Gold's for my nephew's Troy Bilt riding mower at Napa for $4 each as they were clearing out the old Mann-Hummel filters to make room for the New Premium Guard type filters. They were out of stock but said they could order me more and I got a pair of the newer builds for $4 each that I'll keep for myself and put on my Honda CRV. I had just a bit of doubt if the louvers were open on the old Wix style, so it helped to see this dissection.:D
