Wiper noise

I have a noise at the start of the sweep of my wipers. Car is 3 months old. These are new blades. I replaced the wipers the car came with as they chattered badly . Are these wipers the issue

If the wiper blades are new, and of decent quality, the issue is going to be the windshield. Especially on a new car. The dealers run the car through those automated wash & wax which will cause the blade to flutter.
I have learned the hard way.... never put any silicones on the windshield like RainX. Removing RainX takes a lot of work! Had to use a glass polish to remove it.
Now, when I can see the wiper path on the windshield, or the blades start fluttering or hopping I use a toothpaste, Windex, & a 000 steel wool (triple zero steel wool) pad on my drill 3" hook & loop sander attachment and it make the glass look brand spanking new in 10 minutes.

Update: I cleaned windshield with Bon Ami and there was no difference. I had Anco blades and their mount was just loose enough to cause this noise. I had a pair of Trico and no adapter worked on my arm. I had kept the OEM blades on and there was a chatter but in the middle of the sweep. As a last resort I cleaned the OEM blades with Bon Ami and they are quiet. My kids had Jettas and I had to use Bosch OE blades. I ordered Bosch blades they should be good
