Wiper blades, interchangeable?

I've got wipers from Parts Authority for my Camry that cost less than $3 each.

Guess what? They wipe.

yes, but i'd like to know if hybrid blades can use inserts/refills
yes, everything will wipe, but there's differences in quality/longevity, as well as the ability to be refilled. beams aren,t but hybrid blades are as well as standard, but i think hybrid refills are different from standard blade refills or does it not matter and they are interchangeable?
