Wiper Blade Chatter

Cool! I just had to make a trip to the quickie mart for a couple 2 litres of diet pepsi, my life line,it was quite windy and a steady but not hard rainfall and they are performing flawlessly. I am as proud as a new dad getting rid of that agitating noise.

That's what I was trying to say in a rather convoluted way. Keyed, indexing, splines, those are words I was looking for.

I've done that on my old LTD and on the F-150. The old Town Car had a "park" position for the wipers, whereas the LTD and F-150 didn't, and weren't quite right.
 
I believe I read awhile back on this forum....that after cleaning the windshield with Bon-Ami....putting a coat of NuFinish on the windshields.... created a perfect surface for wipers.

Has anyone tried this ?
