Windows 7 safe mode?

Want to do some scans in safe mode how do you for W7? i know how for XP,also how do you leave safe mode when done?

F5 was drop to DOS prompt in Windows 95 and 98.

dang looks like i caught Win 7 Antispyware 2012 it's known as rogue spyware or ransomware. reading Spyware Doctor should remove it in safe mode? dang it!!!

I cant start it or task manger.

a scan with Avira and SAS yealed nothing..

Chris i managed to get SPybot running and it's found a few things..see what happens after.

Trying esets,spybot found some but still infected looks like.

Run Malwarebytes in safe mode, if you haven't already.
