I see a lot of fancy graphics cards some with up to 4 HDMI outputs. But they are for gaming with high resolution and all I need is 1080P60.

I have found some video cards in the $100 range with RX 560 chipset and 4 HDMI outputs..
If I got a card like that would it be best to run the main monitor on the computer's main HDMI output and plug the rest of the HDMI monitors into the new video card?
Alternatively one could plug all the HDMI monitors into the new video card?

Plug them all into the same card and let that do all the processing.
