Will it balance?

Saw this today, it was on an old, beater cop car.

I'm trying to figure out how your camera makes that tire and wheel look like a temporary spare.

I know it is not, but the picture makes it look like one.

I've not seen that but I'll have to start looking.

I did once see a car at a gas station with two temporary spares on it though, both on the front end.

I had to tell someone that their minivan was missing 4 lug nuts. Each wheel was missing one or two. Who knows where they went.

I would guess someone forgot to take the weights on the back side off first.

or a bent rim. But the fancy computer balancer now says 0.00|0.00 so it must be good!
