Looking to buy a quart Maxlife power steering fluid to replace the PS fluid in the E430, it was changed with Valvoline MaxLife Power Steering Fluid about 4 years/50k miles ago. Pep Boys and O'Reilly both price it at $8.xx a quart, I bought it at Walmart for $4-5/qt 4 years ago, now 1 local Walmart doesn't have it.
Why Valvoline MaxLife Power Steering Fluid is so expensive ?

My Pepboys had it for around 6 bucks.

CHF-11s isn't on the Mercedes-Benz list for PSF. The Fuchs Titan PSF meets Mercedes-Benz Spec 236.3.
The Factory Approved Service Products released in Nov 2001, it says: E-Class Mercedes-Benz Power Steering Fluid Mercedes-Benz Part no. 000 989 88 03
or an approved Dexron III ATF.
