I was shopping at walmart this morning and I was in the auto section. I will be changing my oil soon. I noticed that Mobil1 high mileage 10w-30 was not "resource conversing" and the 10w-30 Mobil Super High Mileage which is a synthetic blend had the symbol for "resource conserving ". My question is why is the full synthetic not resource conserving? If someone could clear that up that would be highly appreciated. Thanks

They don't make it that way! The high mileage has a few seal swelling agents and more cleaning ability. Probably has less friction modifiers, and the m1 high mileage oil is sl rated.

If it reduces oil loss and prolongs the life of the engine, I see it as an extraordinary resource conserving product. (:>)
