I am very confused when I checked in early feb, why the apple version gets a 4.8 rating, and the android gets a 2.3.
I thought the reviews were people that did not know how to use their phone. No, they are correct, the app sits there with a grey spinning circle anytime you open it and click sign in. You have to force it closed, open it back up, swipe to "My Account" then click the sign in button on that page. Otherwise each and every single time it will not work it just sits and spins.
Why would they not fix the app when they are getting that level of feedback. Why isn;t there a validation where google can pull an app below a certain rating to force these worthless companies into fixing it?
At a local even this app cause me much delays, I had to resort to opening my tickets in chrome after I disabled the app. Otherwise chome would just keep flopping me back over to the app.
