Why do Youtube shorts come out like this?

Comp is updated. It does it only on some of the "short" videos, not all of them.

That's a new one. The only time I had that sort of color pattern, it covered the whole screen and the root cause was a loose cable connection.

Could be you need updated video drivers.
I really hate any short/yt/reel format.
