Why do chrysler engines have a whine?

Yep, those old Galants and others fog the road with blue smoke just like the Chryslers.

When I used to sell used cars I had a saying. "Want to make an enemy? Sell someone a Mitsubishi." Boy did I prove that time and time again!
 
Well i had a 1973 Dodge Colt that was made by mitsubishi it had a 1600cc engine. It was a very good car....and a good engine...it was a HEMI
 
I think the saying about Mitsu is "wake up and fix your car"

Yes all the 3.0's needed valve guide updates, the factory built them all the same.
