Why do companies need computer Systems Administrators...? It seems to me the engineers should be able to handle that task themselves?
There are numerous lube requirements for newer engines, manual/auto transmissions, diffs, power steering systems, etc. The idea is to make sure you are using the correct/best product for that application and using it in a manner that will get you the best results. In the unlikely event you have a problem, you will also get more customer support from a local dealer than trying to email a large corporation.

You shouldn't order from just any amsoil dealer...........You should order from BITOG's amsoil dealers!
